TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONSULTATION & BOOKING FEES

We require £50 as deposit of appointment for treatments/consultations, which is fully refundable/redeemable for treatments. The holding deposit is redeemable up to 12 months from your consultation date.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit of appointment for treatments/consultation are non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel outside of 48-hour. But if a genuine provable reason prevents you from attending the appointment, we may do the refund for you, depending on the evidence. If you fail to attend a pre-purchased treatment without any notice before 48-hour, you will forfeit the treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we have to cancel it and you may be subject to the deposit.

REFUND & COURSES OF TREATMENTS

We CANNOT refund any delivered treatment/service. All pre-paid courses are non-refundable.

AGE RESTRICTIONS 

Due to legal reasons, we CANNOT provide any treatment to persons less than 18 years of age.

FORCE MAJEURE

The treatment/service will be suspended in the event of force majeure, such as COVID-19, natural disaster, or lockdown. We will not be liable to you for any loses arising from any delays of your treatment.
